Kids Yoga Program Join us for a relaxing afternoon designed just for kids! This mindfulness and yoga program, led by certified yoga instructor Nick Switz, will help children in grades K–4 explore calmness through games and yoga-based activities. Participants will learn simple mindfulness and calming techniques to take home and use every day.
