Special FREE 12 Week Tai Chi session, twice a week! These classes are designed based on the Tai Chi principle and will include warm-ups, Tai Chi movements and discussion. Based on ancient Chinese Tai Chi uses gentle flowing motions to strengthen the body, relax the mind and reduce the risk of falls. Session runs from March 21st - June 13th ~ (No Class April 14th) Classes are on Tuesday's, and Friday's ~ 12:30pm - 1:30pm Made possible by the Northwest VNA

Connecting with Balance is a 12 week program focusing on using movement and dance to maintain and improve dynamic balance. Participants will work with Pilobolus Teaching Artists on creating connections with their own creativity. This class is open to all levels of ability-even to those who remain seated throughout. Space is limited, pre-registration is required.
