An Africa safari offers a powerful nature experience. To be surrounded by megafauna in a setting that embodies the origins of humankind is unique. For Tom Blagden, Africa provides the ultimate photographic immersion, which he shares with us through his words and images. Tom has been a nature and conservation photographer for over 50 years and is a Fellow of the International League of Conservation Photographers. He has published numerous books; his last three on Acadia and Grand Canyon National Parks each won national book awards. In addition to many publications and exhibits, his images have graced the covers of Smithsonian, Audubon, Outdoor Photographer, and Nature Conservancy magazines, among others. He and his wife, Lynn, live in Lakeville, where Tom serves on the Salisbury Conservation Commission.
