Join us for a peaceful morning under the tent at the Litchfield Community Center, surrounded by nature and creativity. We’re honored to welcome poet and photographer,Jo-Ann Iannotti, OP for a soul-stirring program that explores how poetry and photography can become powerful tools for self-discovery and deeper living.
Through evocative imagery, heartfelt poetry, and personal reflections, Jo-Ann will share her journey of engaging with life through art—and invite you to consider your own creative path. The program will include a special celebration and signing of her new book available for purchase,
"I Know Myself as Thief: Creativity & Self-Discovery".
Whether you’re an artist, seeker, or simply someone in need of fresh inspiration, this morning promises to uplift and awaken your creative spirit.

About Jo-Ann Iannotti, OP
A Dominican Sister of Hope and former Art and Spirituality Coordinator at Wisdom House Retreat and Conference Center, Jo-Ann Iannotti is a poet, photographer, and longtime educator. Her work has appeared in both national and international publications, and her photography has been exhibited in solo shows in Connecticut and New York.
She frequently speaks on the 14th-century mystic Julian of Norwich and the connections between art and spirituality. Jo-Ann holds a BA in Education from Mount Saint Mary College and an MA in Theology from Fordham University. Her past book, Remember, Return, Rejoice: Journeying from Ash Wednesday to Easter Sunday, remains a treasured guide for many.
