members of the Theater Company of the United
States, bring an extraordinary collection of material to life.

The White Star Journal was printed aboard the emigrant
clipper ship White Star as it voyaged from Liverpool to
Melbourne. For the listener of this presentation, the spoken
words will throw interesting light on the conditions of travel in
the mid 1800’s and perhaps on the character and quality of the traveling public as well!
