Fitness w/ Janice

Come join us outdoors in the fresh open air, and sun for a great non stop 50 minute workout for both cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening! Great for all ages, and abilities. Janice will adapt any exercises to suit ones needs.

Get moving, and stay motivated with Janice! Let her help you achieve your goals!

The class will use dumbbells, body weight, cardio intervals, resistance bands all to build strength, endurance and get you fit for the Summer! Dumbbells, and resistance bands provided but bring your own if you'd like.

Wear comfortable clothes to be active in, bring water bottle, and mask.
