"The Four Agreements” by Don Miguel Ruiz is considered to be of the 100 most influential spiritual books published in the last few years. Don Miguel Ruiz is a Toltec Shaman who's book offers a code of conduct based on ancient Toltec wisdom that advocates freedom from self-limiting beliefs that may cause suffering and limitation in a person’s life.

Come learn about “The Four Agreements” on Wednesday, February 19, 4:00pm, at the Litchfield Community Center. Pre-registration is appreciated.

About the lecturer: Jan Dow is a Professor Emeritus at Western Connecticut State University. Jan received her M.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her B.A. from Indiana University. She has won over 150 playwriting competitions, awards, and honors, including an NBC “New Voices” award and numerous productions, workshops and staged readings. She has given a number of talks on topics such as the Tao Te Ching, The Four Agreements, and the two creation stories in the Book of Genesis at the Osher Life Long Learning Institute at the University of South Carolina.
