At the forefront of this style was Alphonse\nMucha\, a Czech artist whose iconic posters and illustrations epitomized the grace and beauty of Art Nouveau. This program explores the key characteristics of Art Nouveau and delves into Mucha’s masterful works\, uncovering how his distinctive style influenced not only graphic design but also the architecture and interior decor of the era. \nAbout the presenter:\nJane Oneail is a sought-after speaker\, educator\, and independent art historian. Jane curates and delivers engaging art appreciation programs through her company Culturally Curious\, founded in 2017. Jane holds a master’s in Art History from Boston University and a master’s in Education from Harvard University.
