For 4th-5th-6th graders
Classes are 100% hands on.
Students will explore new techniques and flavors and build their culinary confidence while having fun.
During this 8 week course, the kids will learn to bake, make real buttercream frosting, ganache, decorating techniques.
They will also learn to make a gourmet brownie and individual French tart.
Price includes all ingredients.
Transportation from school to LCC is available on the LCC van.
