Pilates is an integrated method of exercise that targets your core muscles with the ultimate goal of increasing your fitness, flexibility, strength and balance. Using conscious attention to breathing, together with fluid movements focusing on form, the Pilates method is a proven path to achieving your personal fitness goals.
Instructor: Marion Farrell of Mind-Body Connection
Marion has been teaching Pilates since 2010. I have two comprehensive certifications, the first from Balance Body Pilates and the second from Pilates Method Alliance, better known as PMA. PMA is the only international and national certification recognized by CREP. I’ve owned, operated and instructed at Mind-Body Connection Pilates in New Milford, CT since 2011. I work with all ages, teaching athletes, everyday folks as well as senior. I’ve been teaching Senior Pilates at the senior Center in Washington, CT for 7 years. I love helping people connect their mind and bodies to create physical and mental strength. Pilates is an incredibly powerful method that extends beyond the physicality.
