Coupled with her knowledge and experience in Lyme disease, Rika’s specialities range from Lyme disease co-infections, mold illnesses, environmental toxicity, to compromised digestive health, ongoing pain, chronic fatigue and overall stress-related health concerns. As an author, she has published a book titled, Nourish Heal Thrive: a comprehensive and holistic approach to living with Lyme disease, and has a commissioned upcoming cookbook titled, Nourish the Brain (published by CICO.) When working with chronically ill individuals, her passion and style is unique since she is compassionate and determined to assist her clients in uncovering root causes of their medical conditions. Her core focus is to help her clients get better by facilitating healing opportunities within a personalized mind-body and functional strategy. Play-Well TEKnologies Lego camps are 3 hours. The Litchfield Community Center will offer a coinciding day camp that will allow campers to spend the whole day at the Community Center. Extra Bricks camp offers a traditional style day camp and games that will get the kids outside and moving after, or before, their time inside with Legos. Here is an example of a typical day for a camper (age 10-14) who joins extra bricks: 9:00am—Arrival 9:00-12:00— Extra Bricks Camp 12:00-1:00pm Lunch and group activity 1:00-4:00pm— Lego Camp For a camper aged 8-10, the day would be similar except have Extra Bricks in the morning and Lego camp in the afternoon from 1-4pm. Extra Bricks campers will engage in various activities and games they might participate in a normal day camp such as tag games, sports related games, group challenges, capture the flag, arts & crafts, and a movie.
