Participate in a hands-on cooking experience and also learn about kitchen sanitation and food safety.

All materials will be provided and students will be able to bring home the items they prepared.

Menu includes Chicken Tenders, applesauce, smoothie and sugar cookies.

Presented by Chef John Ferrucci as seen on The Celebrity Chef Show Cable Access Ch 5 has traveled and worked in many of the country's popular restaurants. He has owned and operated his own business for almost 20 years.
